Free Roof Survey
We carry out a thorough inspection of your roof — identifying defects, failed flashings, tile slippage, or structural issues — and provide a clear written report and quote.
Scaffolding & Access
Safe, compliant scaffolding is erected to give our roofers proper safe access. We keep disruption to a minimum and always protect your property.
Strip & Preparation
Existing coverings are stripped, the roof structure is inspected and repaired as required, and new roofing felt or membrane is installed.
New Covering Installation
Battens are fixed, then new tiles, slates, or flat roof membrane is installed to manufacturer and building regulation specification.
Leadwork & Flashings
All valleys, abutments, chimney flashings, and soakers are dressed in lead or code-appropriate alternatives to ensure a watertight finish.
Fascias, Soffits & Sign-Off
Fascia boards, soffits, guttering, and downpipes are replaced or refitted as required. Scaffolding is struck and the site is left clean.

Full Re-Roof — Detached House, Worthing
A 1930s detached property required a complete re-roof after years of patch repairs had failed. Cut Above stripped all existing concrete tiles, replaced damaged rafters, installed new breathable felt, and re-covered in matching smooth grey concrete tiles. New fascias, soffits, and UPVC guttering were installed throughout.

New Build Roof Structure & Tiling, West Sussex
As part of a new-build project, Cut Above's roofing team designed and erected the full cut roof structure, including complex hips and valleys, installed breathable felt and counter-battens, and tiled with handmade clay plain tiles to complement the traditional flint walls.
